Throughout the year and in each season we harvest and sell the tastiest fresh wild mushrooms found in their natural habitat.
We also have at the clients' disposal the most popular cultivated mushrooms and the best quality products from our producers.
Our main aim is that you always enjoy the real taste of fresh mushrooms in your kitchen.
Frozen
In the strong campaigns of autumn and spring, when the harvest of some varieties is generous and the market is over-flooded, we ultra-freeze part of the harvest so as to preserve its organoleptic properties, thus supplying our clients with nearly all varieties of mushrooms all year long.
Dehydrated
Because of the great demand of dehydrated products, we trade in the most important species when these are abundant in the market. These species are dehydrated in our premises.
Dehydrated mushrooms offer a lasting time of conservation, an excellent quality and the small place needed in storage, that is : 100 grams of dehydrated product equals 1 ( one ) kilogram of fresh mushrooms.

 Truffles
Fresh
Truffles are probably the most esteemed fungus in food-industry activity.
In spring and summer we sell the Tuber aestivum ( summer truffle ). From December to March, we trade in the Tuber melanosporum ( black truffle ) and the Tuber indicum ( Chinese truffle ).
Laumont offers the best quality varieties with the utmost excellence in their maximum natural wild state.
Frozen
Our frozen truffles are much appreciated due to our ultra-freezing process ( done in seconds, perfectly handled and securely stored) in which neither the flavour nor the aroma are lost.
Tinned
Our process of natural conservation of truffles in their own juice offers our clients the possibility to obtain the authentic flavour and aroma of the truffle in several sizes. We have whole truffles in all sizes : peeled, only peelings, fragments and in its juice.
